Good Condition. Vellum bound with red painted motif to front board. Red text block edges. Previous owner inscription to front free end paper dated 1889. Binding is firm and contents are lightly tanned and spotted. Boards have some wear with darking to edges and light staining to front board. Spine has more notable chipping, with some faded lettering.
